Are you ready? Let’s go!

The brain always knows when you should wake up – it has its own clock. First of all, it responds to the process of cortisol production, which in turn depends on light. The peak of hormone production usually occurs at 06:00–06:30. At this time, the brain is ready to activate the work of all organs, it is enough for you to get out of bed. And that’s not all!

In 2017, a group of scientists received the Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine for the study of circadian rhythms. They discovered a gene thanks to which living organisms synchronize their biological clocks with the changes of day and night. This means that we are genetically prepared to wake up early, just like our ancestors did.

It is important to realize that getting up early should be a pleasure, and not violence against yourself. Especially if you know what to devote those hours to. If not, then Laura Vanderkam, a time management expert, shares some interesting ideas in What the Most Successful People Do Before Breakfast.

We are waiting for your stories about the incredible things you manage to do while the world is still asleep!
